Please note:

• To confirm a booking,  a non-refundable deposit of £300 per week is required.
• Final balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to arrival.
• There is a cleaning charge paid locally of €120 euro collected on arrival .
• A refundable damages deposit of £300 is required and should be paid no later than the final balance date. If there are no damages this will be refunded within 7 days of your return.
• Check in is available from 1500 hours (3pm) with check out by 1000 hours (10am), unless mutually agreed with the owner.
